You have a laptop. Laptops are built for portability, not for gaming.
Due to the portable aspect, most of the components are built directly into the motherboard to save space, that includes the video adapter which is the most important component in gaming performance.
There is nothing you can upgrade on your laptop that will have a cost-effective improvement to your gaming performance.
A better hard drive would only help with data transfers.
CPU stands for Central Processing Unit, and is the main processor of the computer. This is upgradable, but the cost of the new CPU along with the cost of installation would make the upgrade prohibitive. You would be spending upwards of $ 200 for a 5-10% increase in performance.

Hi….Well you can buy the laptop which contains the graphic card given below!!
Well GTA IV is high graphic card game so it needs good graphic card to run it in high settings.
You can go for Geforce 9800 GTX to play it in high settings, if you want cheaper graphic card you can go for Geforce 9600, you can play it in medium settings.

I don’t know about these newer eMachine laptops specifically, but if the past is any indication, these aren’t worth it. They will made dandy doorstops, however.
